Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of the website www.securityworks.com.ar (hereinafter referred to as 'the Site'), owned by Security Works by Juan Ignacio Montes (No. CUIT 20-27688774-3, legal address at Esmeralda 923 5 H de CABA, Republic of Argentina), you ('the User') agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

Security Works is dedicated to providing:

Registration and Accounts
To contract services, the User must register, providing truthful and updated information.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Security Works is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (designs, software, trademarks, texts) is the property of Security Works or its licensors and is protected by Argentine laws (Law 11.723 on Intellectual Property).
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Security Works does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site, although it will make reasonable efforts to keep it operational.
It will not be responsible for:
Damages resulting from force majeure or unforeseen events.

For any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, or compliance with these terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Security Works may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site.
